SO I AM BACK FROM MY FIRST TRIP TO VEGAS AND I MUST SAY I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE. ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS SITTING AT THE FINAL TABLE OF PLANET HOLLYWOOD ON THE BUBBLE OF THE 7PM 75$ BUY IN TOURNAMENT 21 ENTRANTS WITH 10BBS WHEN I LOOK DOWN IN THE BIG BLIND AND SEE 10 7 OF CLUBS. BOOM I FLOP THE NUT STRAIGHT WITH A FLUSH DRAW AND GET ALL IN AGAINST THE AK OF CLUBS. GOOD THINNG FOR ME I HELD UP AND MADE THE MONEY. THEN SINCE I WAS PLAYING SOME OF THE SOFTEST PLAYERS I HAVE SEEN I FOUND MYSELF HEADS UP AS THE CHIP LEADER DRUNK AS FUCK WHEN MY TRIP 4'S HELD UP AGAINST TOP PAIR FOR THE 472$ FIRST PLACE WIN. LET ME ALSO REMIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST CASINO LIVE CASH EVER.. WAIT THATS NOT IT NEXT DAY I WAS AT BILLS CASINO IN THE 30$ BUYIN WITH 16 ENTRANTS AND MANAGED TO TAKE 2ND PLACE FOR 108$. I MUST SAY LUCK WAS WITH ME BUT THE FEILD WAS ABOUT AS SOFT AS KLEENEX HAHA BESIDES THAT I SAW ALOT OF CRAZY SHIT AND ALOT OF CRAZY PEOPLE. THIS TRIP WILL BE REMEMBERED FOREVER. NOW ITS BACK TO THE VIRTUAL GRIND AND REAL LIFE BUT I AM BACK SAFE AND READY FOR ACTION.....

March is over welcome April and new Goals

Well I must say March was not the greatest month for me poker wise. It was a break even to slight loosing month but it was not just due to bad luck, I didnt play the volume I wanted and I played on a very bad schedule. I am much looking forward to April because I have alot of goals for this month in mind and it will be my fist time going to vegas on the 15-19th. I am very excited and cant wait to get the hell outta here for a few days.

APRIL GOALS:

REBUILD MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY GIRL
PLAY 600 GAMES
MAKE A PROFIT
GO TO THE GYM THREE TIMES A WEEK.
FIX MY BACK YARD UP
RE DO MY GAURAGE
BUY MY BABY GIRL A NEW SAND BOX
DONT SMOKE STOGES THE WHOLE MONTH.
WIN A LIVE TOURNAMENT IN VEGAS...:)

Back From the Dead

Hello All,
I am now back from the dead after a week of much needed rest from the game. I saw myself not giving my 100% focus and needed to take some time off away from the tables. I am sad to say though that unless by some miracle I wont be meeting my game volume goal this month but thats ok as I feel my time off will produce better results. We have our coaching session today and I am eager to get to it. Just wanted to let everyone know I am back and ready for action.

NITTY SHITTY

This post is pretty much a reminder to myself that I need to start having the balls to push my edge in my games. Not be a nit and try to just squeeze in the money or move up in pay spots when there is +EV spots that I am missing out on because I am being results oriented/ scared to stick it in when I know I should. I think I really have to drill this concept into my head as this is what seperates the winners from break even/lossers in the long run. Why am I getting coached and advice if I am not going to put it in action. I will say I have improved and been able to push my edge alot more then before my coaching with bodeye but from my 1 on 1 session this morning I still have a long way to go. So I have decided to say fuck it and I dont care about results or if I make the money or not. From now on its play to win or go home. If I see a spot that I know I should be shoving I will be doing it. My goal this week to make sure that I shove every spot that I should regardless of the results. Its time to stop being a little bitch and make something happen. On a side note I have made plans to go to Vegas this April with my girlfriend so that should be alot of fun. It will be my first time out there if anyone has any great suggestions of where to go let me know. I wont be playing much poker there maby a 50$ tourney at Planet Hollywood but besides that I will just be going dummy:) See yah....

Bye Bye Feb welcome March and new Goals

Feb was a pretty crazy month for me poker wise. It was a pretty much roller coaster break even month up until the last week where I had went on a pretty good run. I completed my goal of playing 500 games and ended the month with a $375 profit at 27%ROI. I would say this is ok based on the fact that it was my first month ever putting in this much volume of games along with learning how to use table ninja and not playing on a set schedule. You really need to have a straight and focused mind when you play in order to achive max value. I am ready and excited to start a new fresh month and I am ready to work harder then I did last month Lets do it baby.
MARCH GOALS:

PLAY MORE THEN 500 GAMES.

END THE MONTH WITH A 30% OR BETTER ROI.

PLAY 5 DAYS A WEEK ACCORDING TO MY SET BUSINESS SCHEDULE.

GO TO THE GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK.

TURN 26 YEARS OLD:)

DONT SMOKE ANY CIGARETS THE WHOLE MONTH.
